Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not offer refunds once an order has left our studio. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accuracy upon pickup, as we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or damages after the order has been collected. However, if an unintended mistake is made please contact us promptly for resolution. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact colour matches due to variations in screens and the nature of food colouring. Thank you for your understanding.

• Please ensure prompt collection of your items at the agreed-upon time from the specified location, as indicated on your invoice.
• A late fee of $1 per minute will be applied for pickups occurring more than 30 minutes after the agreed-upon time. The late fee must be settled at the time of pickup, prior to the order being handed over. If the order remains unclaimed after 6 hours from the original pickup time, without alternative arrangements made, Frannie’s Bite Simply Homemade reserves the right to dispose of or donate the order, with no refund issued to the client.
• Kindly refrain from arriving without prior notice for an early pickup. Your order may not be prepared, or we might not be available to assist you at that time.
• The delivery address and schedule will be mutually agreed upon. Delivery charges, amounting to $1.00 per roundtrip kilometre within Edmonton city limits, will be prepaid during the final payment for the order.
• Frannie’s Bite Simply Homemade assumes no liability for any incidents that may occur following the pickup of the cake. This encompasses issues such as mishandling, transportation challenges, exposure to heat and debris, acts of nature, rain, human error, defective tables or stands, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Frannie’s Bite Simply Homemade. Once the product has left the possession of Frannie’s Bite Simply Homemade, there is no obligation to repair or address damages resulting from the mentioned factors.
